registered, and traded on our platform. The policy ensures that all assets are handled responsibly, transparently,
and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Definitions
- Asset: A financial representation of a pack of related documents uploaded and processed through the platform.
- Portfolio: A collection of assets grouped together for management purposes.
- ISIN Code: An International Securities Identification Number assigned to a registered asset for external verification.
- Depository: The platform’s secure database for registered assets, ensuring verifiability and traceability.
- Exchange: The platform’s marketplace where assets are traded.
- Customer: A registered user of the platform who creates, manages, and trades assets.
3. Asset Creation and Upload Guidelines
Customers must upload only documents that are:
- Accurate, complete, and unaltered.
- Legally owned or controlled by the customer.
- Free of any rights, claims, or encumbrances by third parties.
Customers are responsible for verifying the content and legality of uploaded documents. Once documents are uploaded and signed, they cannot be modified. This ensures the integrity of the asset.
4. KYC and Compliance
- All customers must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before creating assets.
- The platform reserves the right to reject asset creation requests if the customer fails to meet compliance standards.
- KYC information will be securely stored and used solely for regulatory purposes.
5. Asset Registration
- Registration in the Depository is a chargeable service.
- Upon successful registration, the platform will issue a unique ISIN code for the asset.
- Registered assets are publicly viewable on the platform but may include limited details based on customer privacy settings.
6. Asset Trading and Auction Rules
Assets can be:
- Registered for auction-based sales (all-or-nothing offers).
- Listed for fractional trading on the Exchange (requires splitting the asset into smaller units).
Customers must adhere to the following guidelines when trading:
- Accurately describe the asset and provide all necessary details.
- Respond promptly to inquiries or offers from potential buyers.
The platform does not guarantee the sale of any asset.
7. Fees and Charges
- Fees are applicable for:
- Asset registration in the Depository.
- Auction-style sales.
- Full trading on the Exchange.
- Fee amounts are specified in the platform’s pricing schedule and are subject to change.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The platform implements industry-standard security measures to protect customer and asset data. Customers are responsible for ensuring that documents do not contain sensitive information that violates privacy laws.
9. Prohibited Activities
Customers are strictly prohibited from:
- Uploading fraudulent, illegal, or misleading documents.
- Engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights.
- Manipulating or misrepresenting asset details.
- Participating in unauthorized trading or bidding practices.
10. Liability
- The platform is not liable for:
- Disputes arising from asset ownership or validity.
- Financial losses due to unsuccessful sales or trading activities.
- External verification or usage of the ISIN code by third parties.
- Customers agree to indemnify the platform against claims or liabilities arising from their asset management activities.
11. Termination and Asset Removal
- The platform reserves the right to remove assets if:
- They violate these policies or applicable laws.
- The customer’s account is suspended or terminated.
- Customers may request asset removal by contacting the platform’s support team, subject to applicable fees and conditions.
12. Amendments
The platform reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acceptance of Policies
By creating, registering, or trading assets on the platform, customers agree to comply with these Asset Management Policies. Non-compliance may result in account suspension, asset removal, or legal action.
